Cancellation Policy
Booking Upon Booking, you will receive a booking confirmation. Within 7 days, you will receive further information, including venue details, how you should prepare for the session and what you will need to bring with you. Please be advised, that Love It Again Bridal, reserve the right to make amendments to the course, course format or suppliers to the event, at any time. Please note, we may have a male photographer. Model Release Form Upon your arrival, we will ask for completion of a model release form. Completion of the form, offers written permission for Love It Again Bridal and their participating suppliers, to to use your images, video and audio content, for commercial purposes, including but not limited to: Social Media, Website, Print. These may be include but are not limited to - Photographers, Event Stylists, Hair and Makeup Artists and Content Creators. Should you have any concerns, please contact us directly via the "Contact Us" Page. Fees and payment A deposit, calculated as 25% of the total value, before any discounts if any, applies to all courses. Fees may be paid in full online or you may opt for instalments, or credit options via Paypal. Please note, that should you opt for instalments/credit, your credit agreement is with Paypal directly and not with Love It Again Bridal. Cancellation Should you wish to cancel, please contact us via one of the following methods: loveitagainbridal@outlook.com or via the "Contact Us" page on our website. Please clearly state, your intention to cancel the booking. Refunds If you cancel within 14 days of the date of your booking, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations received after the 14 day period but earlier than 14 days before the start of the course, will receive a refund of any sums paid, MINUS the 25% deposit. Cancellations received after the 14-day cancellation period and later than 14 days before the start date of the course will not be eligible for a refund. Love It Again Bridal reserve the right to cancel your course at any time. Should we instigate cancellation, you will receive a full refund. Eligible refunds will be received within 14 days of the date we received your request to cancel. If you have paid via Paypal, please refer to the terms and conditions of your agreement for details of refund processing.
